Do you guarantee that I'll get a job offer?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you'll get a job or interview offer. Although we can provide you with the documents and training to best prepare you, there are a number of external factors outside of our control that makes it so guaranteeing any sort of commitment from a potential employer is impossible.

What's the difference between a rewrite/revision?

A revision is when you need us to correct a simple mistake or update a small change, whereas a rewrite is when we can write a completely new resume for you for any reason. If you decide to pursue multiple different career fields or want us to tailor your resumes towards a specific company, then a rewrite is what you'd want!

When will I be charged for services?

Do you offer refunds?

Typically, you can expect our response rate to be within 30 minutes to an hour during our normal work hours (10 AM - 8 PM Pacific Standard Time) and always try to maintain our 24 hour response rate (1 business day).
